Our purpose, competence and focus

 

Introduction

Enid Kopper established Trans-Cultural Relations as an independent consultant and trainer in 1987.
Trans-Cultural Relations is specialized in intercultural management, communication and team building; as well as inpatriation and expatriation training.
All programs are provided in English and German.
Major clients include Swiss, German and North American companies and organizations in the public sector.

Mission

We support your organization to increase performance and interact effectively with customers,
employees and other stakeholders in a multicultural setting; both in your home country and abroad.

Objectives

We offer programs, workshops and consulting services which help you

  • increase awareness and understanding of how culture influences work behavior

  • apply skills and instruments to improve intercultural communication and teamwork
