...was born and educated in the USA and has lived for thirty years in Zurich, Switzerland. For nine of those years, she worked as a manager in a Swedish multinational corporation in various marketing and training functions. German and English are her working languages. She has co-edited and authored a book, as well as a number of articles, on the topic of intercultural management and communication. She has appeared as guest lecturer at the Swiss Society for Work and Organisational Psychology, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland; the University of Regensburg, Germany; the Institute for International Research, Frankfurt, Germany; and the University of Bern. She is a member of SIETAR (Society of International Training and Research).

| ...is a Swiss national, Professor for Organizational Behavior at the Business School of the University of Zurich, and a faculty member of the Economics Department. He also has a diploma in psychology from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich. His areas of expertise are management psychology, assessments, organizational development and human resources management. His research activities are concentrated in the fields of personnel development, leadership skills and multicultural management. He has published four books and numerous articles dealing with these topics. |
